1. About this policy
Natures Fertilizer Pty Ltd (ABN 99 098 515 283) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why we collect it, who we share it with and how you can access or correct it.
We handle personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
2. What we collect
The only place this website collects personal information is the enquiry form. When you submit an enquiry we collect:

We do not collect sensitive information as defined by the Privacy Act, and we ask that you do not send it to us. We never collect payment card details or bank details through this website — there is no payment facility on the site at all.
Our web server also records standard technical information with each request, including IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the time of the request. This is used for security and diagnostics.
3. How we use it
We use the information you provide to:
- respond to your enquiry and prepare a quotation;
- arrange supply and delivery if you accept that quotation;
- keep a record of what was quoted and supplied; and
- comply with our legal and tax obligations.
We do not send marketing emails. Your details are used to answer your enquiry and to arrange supply, and nothing else. If we ever introduce a mailing list it will be opt-in, and every message will carry a working unsubscribe link.
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell personal information, and we do not disclose it for anyone else’s marketing. We share it only where necessary:
- Our web host and email provider, who store the enquiry and transmit our reply;
- Freight and transport providers, where a delivery address and contact number are needed to complete a delivery;
- Our professional advisers, such as accountants, where required; and
- Anyone we are required to disclose to by law.
5. Overseas disclosure
This website is hosted on servers located in the United States. That means information you submit through the enquiry form is stored outside Australia, and is subject to the laws of the country in which it is held.
By submitting an enquiry you consent to that overseas storage. If you would prefer not to have your information stored overseas, contact us by telephone on 0420 129 507 instead of using the form.
6. Cookies
This website sets a small number of functional cookies. These support the shopping-catalogue software and page caching that make the site work and load quickly. They do not identify you personally.
We do not currently run Google Analytics, advertising pixels or any other third-party tracking on this website. If that changes, this policy will be updated before it happens.
You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Some parts of the site may not work correctly if you do.
7. Security
The website is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection. We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access or disclosure. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to a supply are kept for up to 24 months and then deleted. Records relating to an actual supply are kept for seven years, as required by Australian tax and record-keeping law.
9. Accessing and correcting your information
You may ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct it if it is wrong. Contact us using the details in clause 11. We will respond within a reasonable period, normally 30 days. There is no charge for making a request.
You may also ask us to delete your enquiry, and we will do so unless we are required to keep it.

If you believe we have mishandled your personal information, please contact us first using the details below and we will investigate.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
