1. Who we are
This website is operated by Natures Fertilizer Pty Ltd (ABN 99 098 515 283), of Kapunda Rd, Hamilton, South Australia 5373 (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
2. This website does not sell anything
This website is a product catalogue and an enquiry facility. It is not an online shop.
- No prices are published, and nothing on this site constitutes an offer to sell at any particular price.
- There is no cart, no checkout and no payment facility of any kind. We will never ask you to enter payment details on this website.
- Submitting an enquiry does not create an order, reserve stock, or oblige either party to anything.
- Product information on this site is an invitation to enquire, nothing more.
3. Quotations
Following an enquiry we may issue a written quotation. Unless the quotation says otherwise:
- It is valid for for the period stated on the quotation from its date.
- It is subject to product availability at the time of acceptance.
- Prices are quoted in Australian dollars, with the GST position stated on the quotation itself and are quoted in Australian dollars.
- Freight is quoted separately and is estimated on the delivery information you supply. If that information proves inaccurate, freight may be re-quoted.
- A quotation is an offer by us, capable of acceptance by you. A binding contract of supply is formed only when we confirm acceptance in writing.
4. Product information and analyses
Nutrient analyses shown on this website are nominal or typical values for the product family. They describe the specification we blend to, not a guarantee of the composition of any particular consignment.
Where a Certificate of Analysis is issued for a delivered batch, that certificate governs and takes precedence over any figure published on this website.
Product images are illustrative. Granule size, colour and appearance vary between batches and sources.
5. Not agronomic advice
We are a fertiliser blender and distributor. Nothing on this website, and nothing contained in a quotation, product description, soil-test match or article, is agronomic, horticultural or professional advice.
Fertiliser requirements depend on soil type, moisture, crop, rotation, season and application method. You are responsible for obtaining advice from a qualified agronomist and for determining that a product is fit for your intended use before applying it.
6. Handling, storage and safety
Fertilisers are chemical products. Once delivered, you are responsible for storing, handling, transporting and applying them safely and in accordance with all applicable laws, the product documentation and any Safety Data Sheet supplied.
Some products in our range are subject to regulation concerning storage, security or transport. Where such requirements apply we will identify them, but compliance on your premises remains your responsibility.
Safety Data Sheets are available for the products we supply. Ask for the SDS covering your product before it is handled, and make sure it is accessible to everyone who will handle, transport or store it.
7. Delivery, risk and title
Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery to the address you nominate, or on collection if you collect. You should inspect goods on arrival and tell us promptly of any shortage or visible damage.
Title in the goods does not pass to you until we have received payment in full. Until then you hold the goods as bailee, must keep them identifiable where practicable, and we may enter your premises to recover them.
Delivery dates are estimates given in good faith. We are not liable for delays caused by freight availability, weather, road access or other matters outside our reasonable control.
You must provide safe and adequate access for the delivery vehicle and appropriate means of unloading. If a delivery cannot be completed because access or unloading facilities are inadequate, additional costs may be charged.
Export consignments
Where goods are supplied for export, you are responsible for import duties, taxes, customs clearance and compliance with the laws of the destination country, unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. Some fertiliser products are subject to import restrictions or additional documentation in particular countries. We will tell you what we are aware of, but confirming that a product may lawfully be imported and used at the destination is your responsibility.
8. Payment
Payment is by bank transfer. Orders within Australia are settled by electronic funds transfer to our Australian bank account. Export orders are settled by telegraphic transfer (T/T).
We do not accept payment through this website, and no payment facility of any kind exists on it. Payment terms — including any deposit, the balance due date and the currency of payment — are those stated on your quotation and invoice. Unless we have agreed otherwise in writing, invoices are payable in full by the due date shown, and we may charge reasonable recovery costs on overdue accounts.
Bank charges levied by your own bank or by any intermediary bank are your responsibility. The amount we receive must equal the invoiced amount.
Verify our bank details before you transfer funds. Our account details are issued only on our invoice. We will never notify a change of bank details by email alone. If you receive any message that appears to come from us changing our account details, telephone us on 0420 129 507 and confirm with a person before sending money. Invoice-redirection fraud is common in international trade and we cannot recover funds sent to a third party.
9. Returns
Bulk agricultural inputs cannot generally be returned once delivered, because they cannot be verified or resold as supplied. If we deliver the wrong product, or product that does not conform to the agreed specification, contact us as soon as you notice and we will replace it, re-supply the correct product, or refund it.
Nothing in this clause limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law — see clause 10.
10. Liability and the Australian Consumer Law
Certain rights and guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law cannot be excluded, restricted or modified. Nothing in these terms attempts to do so.
Subject to those non-excludable rights, and to the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Our liability for a failure to comply with a consumer guarantee in respect of goods not ordinarily acquired for personal, domestic or household use is limited, at our option, to replacing the goods, supplying equivalent goods, or paying the cost of doing so.
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, loss of yield, or crop damage, however arising.
- Our total aggregate liability in connection with any supply does not exceed the amount paid by you for that supply.
11. Copyright and use of this website
We aim to keep this website accurate and available, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or current. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice.

If you would like to use our content, ask. We are generally happy to grant permission for reasonable use with attribution.

Where this site links to a third-party website, that link is provided for convenience. We do not control and are not responsible for the content of those sites.
13. Privacy
Information you send us through the enquiry form is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you use the site is the version that applies. Terms applying to a particular supply are those in force when the quotation was issued.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state.
