Custom Fertiliser Blending

Home » Custom Blending

Most growers end up buying the standard grade that sits closest to what their soil test actually asked for. Blending to specification removes that compromise: you get the analysis your paddock needs, not the one that happened to be in the shed.

Why blend rather than buy a standard grade

A pre-made compound grade is a fixed ratio. If your soil test calls for a nitrogen-led product with a lift in potassium and a touch of sulphur, the nearest bagged equivalent will usually over-supply one nutrient and under-supply another. Over a season and across a whole property, that is both an agronomic cost and a cash cost — you pay for nutrient you did not need and still miss the one you did.

Because we blend in Australia rather than import finished product, the ratio is set at the point of blending. There is no container of fixed-grade product dictating what you can have.

How it works

What we need from you

  • The target analysis — or the soil test, and we will work back to it
  • Tonnage — total, and whether it is one delivery or staged
  • Delivery point — the actual address or nearest town, because freight is a real part of the cost
  • Timing — when you need it on the ground
  • Packaging — bulk, bulka bag or bagged
  • Any handling constraints — spreader type, storage, access

Typical lead timeConfirmed in writing with your quotation, before you commit to anything.

Certificate of AnalysisAvailable on request against the delivered batch
We do not sell online. Pricing depends on analysis, tonnage, packaging and freight, so every blend is quoted individually. Nothing on this website takes payment, and no order is placed by browsing it. You enquire, we quote in writing, and you decide.
Agronomic responsibility. We blend to the specification you give us and we will tell you if a combination is not sound to make. We are not your agronomist, and a blend quote is not agronomic advice. Application rates and product selection should be confirmed with a qualified agronomist for your paddock, crop and season.
